Terms & Conditions

Please read everything on this page to ensure you understand our terms and conditions as they apply to every customer and rental.

Thanks for choosing Facey’s Party Rentals. These terms cover how we rent our equipment, our deposit and cancellation policies, and what happens if things get damaged. Take a moment to read them, they’re written plainly, in the same voice we use when we talk to you over the phone.

01 — Bookings

Bookings & Deposits

A deposit of 40% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due two (2) days before the event date.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit card payments.

02 — Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • More than seven (7) days before the event: 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Seven (7) days or less before the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: the full rental amount may be charged.

03 — Delivery

Setup, Delivery & Breakdown

Delivery, setup, and breakdown are quoted separately based on your venue and event scope. Times will be confirmed in writing before the event date.

A responsible adult must be present at the venue during delivery and pickup, or a designated contact must be reachable by phone.

04 — Damages

Damages, Loss & Liability

The client is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. The client will be charged for:

-Any items returned damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear

-Any items missing or lost during the rental period

-Excessive cleaning required beyond normal use (e.g., heavy stains on linens, food residue on tableware)

Replacement charges reflect the current retail cost of the item. We’ll always discuss any charges with you before invoicing.

05 — Weather

Weather & Acts of Nature

Outdoor events are subject to weather. Should weather conditions make safe setup impossible (hurricanes, severe storms, etc.), we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future event. Refunds in these cases are at our discretion.

06 — Use of Items

Use of Items

Rental items are to be used only for their intended purpose. The client agrees not to:

-Move equipment to a different venue without notifying us

-Sublet, loan, or transfer items to a third party

-Modify, paint, or alter items in any way

07 — Photography

Photography

We may, on occasion, photograph our setups at events for use in our marketing and social media. If you’d prefer we not photograph your event, just let us know in advance and we’ll respect that.

08 — Updates

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version in effect on the date your deposit was paid.
